What is police dance?
Police martial arts is a skill that can be applied not only to frontline police officers and those working in related industries, but also to ordinary people who are training in various martial arts. In particular, it is a very useful martial art to learn as a self-defense technique because it mainly uses subduing techniques and weapon techniques to subdue an opponent instantly.
The International Police Martial Arts Federation was founded on October 20, 2009 by its first president, Chairman Jeon Seong-kwon, and has continued to operate to this day. It combines the principles of martial arts, Taekwondo (founder: Jeon Seong-kwon), the use of the police baton, and shooting (police guard) and self-defense arrest techniques to form police martial arts.
Various techniques that can suppress the opponent's quick attacks with gentleness, actively suppress attacks with great force, and effectively suppress various dangerous situations are being researched and developed, and are currently being spread domestically and internationally.
The International Police Martial Arts Federation aims to expand the technical dissemination of self-defense, arrest, and weapon techniques to those working in related industries, to exchange martial arts techniques and dispatch instructors for crime prevention, to share related information through its website and smartphones, and to provide a systematic system in stages to contribute to support diplomacy, national prestige, and, further, world peace.
In particular, a system is being built through IT technology that allows anyone to easily access and practice police martial arts, and it can be accessed not only through the website but also through smartphones. In order for frontline leaders to become familiar with their own step-by-step techniques, repetitive training through videos is possible, and self-defense techniques from dangers that may occur in various situations (12 types) will be conveyed in detail.
